The main purpose of the website www.toroslacentral.es is the online sale of tickets for bullfights, with a maximum surcharge of 20% plus current legal taxes.
1) GENERAL CONDITIONS.
These General Conditions regulate the operation of the service of the website www.toroslacentral.es. The use of the website attributes the condition of user, and implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the General Conditions. If the user does not agree with the General Conditions, he/she will not have the right to use the website www.toroslacentral.es. Likewise, the contracting by the user of the products and services of La Central, C.B. presupposes the acceptance of the present General Conditions. Each time a ticket is purchased, the Special Conditions of Contract will be applied and the user will be asked to read these General Conditions, the Special Conditions of Contract and the proof of acceptance of them.
2) ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE IS FREE OF CHARGE
The provision of the website service by the user is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration. In any case, registration is only required when the user purchases the tickets. In this case, the user must complete the online form exclusively to formalize the purchase of the tickets. The purchase form is governed by its own Particular Conditions.
3) MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE OR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, La Central, C.B. reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation or configuration of the website, as well as the products, services, General and Specific Conditions. If the user wishes to receive information on special offers from La Central, C.B., please inform us by email at toroslacentral@orange.es. La Central, C.B. guarantees that it will treat your personal data confidentially, as well as the server where the data will be stored and processed has the necessary security measures to prevent access to such data by unauthorised third parties.
6) LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

For any litigious question derived from the existence or content of these General Conditions or from the relations between the user and La Central, C.B., both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS
Primera- entradasdetoroslasventas.com is a website dedicated exclusively to the sale of tickets for the bullfighting festivities that are held in the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas in Madrid.
Second – The prices that appear on the website are final prices and include the legal commission corresponding to the service provided.
Third – Once the ticket has been purchased, you will receive an EMAIL confirmation that includes all the details of the purchase. This EMAIL is NOT the entrance that will allow you to access the Bullring. The original ticket must be picked up at La Central, plaza de toros, in Madrid.
Fourth- Tickets purchased on the website may NOT be printed from your computer.
Fifth- To pick up your tickets at our kiosk located at Calle de Alcalá, 237, you must do so on the days and times indicated on our website. Tickets that have not been collected during the days and hours indicated on the website will not be refunded.
Sixth – Once the online purchase has been made, no exchanges or returns will be accepted, except in the case described in the Seventh and Eighth conditions.
Seventh – Sometimes , due to unforeseen changes in the schedule, the day and time of the celebration may change. La Central,C.B. is a company dedicated exclusively to the sale of tickets for bullfighting festivities to be held in the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, but does not organize or schedule such festivities and, therefore, are not responsible for changes in the programming of them. However, La Central, C.B. will notify in advance any change in programming and will refund the price paid for the ticket to anyone who is unable to attend the celebration due to such changes in programming.
Eighth – Sometimes the Run has to be cancelled because of the rain. In accordance with the Bullfighting Regulation, if the celebration is suspended a few minutes before its start, the ticket price will be refunded in full. However, if the celebration is suspended once it has begun, there is no right to a refund. In the first case, that is to say, in the case of the right to a refund, the client must present the original tickets (photocopies are not valid) at Toros La Central, located in Calle de la Victoria, 3, the day after the celebration of the celebration from 17:00 to 20:00 hours. AFTER THIS PERIOD HAS ELAPSED THERE SHALL BE NO RIGHT OF RETURN. In the event that you are unable to appear in our office the next day, you must wait in line and present your tickets at the box office of the Plaza del Toros when the public address system of the Plaza announces that the celebration is suspended. In the latter case, you will be refunded the price shown on the ticket you purchased.
Ninth – In exceptional conditions the row of the ticket you purchased may not coincide with the one you finally receive. In such a case, entradasdetoroslasventas.com will provide the customer with an entrance equal or better located (i.e., lower or closer to the arena) than the one he bought at the time. That is, if a row 5 ticket was originally purchased, another ticket would be provided between rows 1 and 4. However, in these exceptional cases, and if the customer does not agree to such a change, entradasdetoroslasventas.com will also offer the customer the possibility of refunding the amount paid for it.
